The Bridge to Employment Program is an initiative by ISWO aimed at enhancing employability among youth aged 18-29. This program focuses on developing soft skills and providing practical experiences in technology, wellness, and green construction/building. The goal is to help participants transition from being under or unemployed to securing and maintaining meaningful employment.
